Cyber Security Summit takes place on 4th July at 1 America Square, 17 Crosswall, London. You can still register to attend this event by visiting ‘the Cyber Security Summit Website.’
The Healthcare Cybersecurity Conference: Protecting the NHS against cyberattacks
The healthcare sector is one of the biggest targets for cybercriminals as personal and medical data are easily monetised and the technology has been relatively slow in adopting security mechanisms.
The Healthcare Cybersecurity Conference: Protecting the NHS against cyberattacks comes as a response to the large-scale ransomware attack that affected numerous NHS trusts earlier this year.
Realising that this incident is probably not the last, the conference seeks to build on lessons learned and explore how to manage risks associated with handling sensitive data and lower impact on healthcare services in case of a similar attack in the future. During one of the sessions, e2e’s Senior Cyber Consultant Simon Vernon will give a talk on how to protect your organisation from cyber threats.
The Healthcare Cybersecurity Conference takes place on the 20th of July at Salford University in Manchester. More information including registration can be found ‘here.’
